Monster.com debuts small business staffing solution
Job board Monster.com said today it has teamed up with American Express to launch a small business resource center with the goal of equipping small business owners with guidance and cost effective solutions for staffing and managing their enterprises.
The Small Business Resource Center includes:
- Management Best Practices – solutions for finding and keeping the employees small business owners need and discovering strategies that can save time, money, and effort.
- Marketing and Social Media – Offering insight into how social media can strengthen customer and employee bonds, including steps to creating online campaigns and gaining more exposure
- Business Growth – Providing guidance around making the most of current business resources, and uncovering new opportunities to tap into a stronger, more vibrant business.
AMEX is offering an incentive program for small businesses who access the new center. For any small business that opens a Business Gold Rewards Card account from American Express OPEN and uses it to make a purchase on Monster.com, American Express OPEN will reward its customers with a statement credit up to $350.
